The wind of change is blowing everywhere in coaching departments across the Ghana Premier League as clubs seek to saving sinking seasons.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko and AshantiGold are all in the market for new coaches while Great Olympics are struggling to install one.

Apart from AshantiGold too where Bashir Hayford resigned quietly through a sarcastic letter, the process has been shrouded in chaos elsewhere.

Tom Strand is set to join Godwin Attram at Accra Great Olympics but the former Ghana star is refusing to work with the Swede.

Meanwhile, Strand, who infamously abandoned Medeama on a trip to South Africa has been told by some of the club’s fans that he is not welcomed at Great Olympics even when he claims he has agreed a two year deal.

The threat by Olympics fans to chase Strand out of the club sounds almost like they have been picking lessons from their counterparts at Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The club’s fans chased Zdravko Logarusic out last week off the back of a draw against Ebusua Dwarfs.

They have appointed two former captains, Frimpong Manso and Godwin Ablordey, until a permanent appointment is made.

The top priority for the Porcupine Warriors is to lure Black Stars assistant Maxwell Konadu back to the club.

AshantiGold are going back to their roots too as they look to wrestle a poor run of form.

With Hayford gone, the four-time Ghana champions are set to appoint former AshantiGold and Ghana captain C.K Akunnor as their new boss.
